I offer a calm, supportive space for people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or in transition. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship patterns, neurodiversity, sexuality and gender, identity questions, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, I’m here to help you move forward with more ease and self‑trust.

My approach is creative, collaborative, and grounded in depth work. Together we explore what’s happening beneath the surface and the relationship between inner conflicts. This supports you to recognise patterns, release the grip of the past and to connect more with your deeper self. For those who feel drawn to working in the natural world I also offer Outdoor Therapy at an iconic nature reserve in Mid Wales alongside Wild‑heart Soul Work.

Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface so you can understand your patterns, feel more settled in your body, and move toward a life that feels clearer and more aligned with who you are.
